Assembler 0

Individual needed to perform mounting sensors.  All supplemental processes such as application of chemicals.  Use of epoxies, shrink tubing, heat guns and measuring tools.  Perform all other duties as assigned.  No requirements to attend soldering school.  High School Degree or GED.  Good dexterity is required as well as attention to detail.  Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  No experience necessary – will train.

CMM Operator (Coordinate Measurement Machine)

Immediate opening for a CMM Operator to program CMM for mechanical layout inspections.  Run existing CMM programs.  Perform inspections using measurement tools (i.e.; calipers, gages, optical comparator, etc.)  High School Grad/GED and CMM programming experience required – technical school graduate a plus.  Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  1 – 3 years’ experience with programming and using CMM.

Customer Service Clerk – Part Time

Part Time Customer Service Clerk needed to respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer requests in a timely manner.  Utilize MS Office/Excel.  Expedite the completion of purchase orders.  Generate open orders status spreadsheets.  Communicate verbally and via email with customers.  HSG/College Degree preferred.  Excellent communication and writing skills and intermediate excel skills.  Strong organizational skills and clerical proficiency.

Development Engineer

Immediate opening for a Development Engineer to identify the needs and goals for new products.  Conception, development and design of new products and processes.  Development of new and replacement materials.  Work with research and design teams.  Experimental hands-on testing, creating and updating existing procedures.  Deliver specifications and procedures to manufacturing teams for production.  Improvements to old products.    Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and quality assurance protocols, electrical and mechanical systems.  BS in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Engineering related discipline.

Final Inspector

Immediate opening for a Final Inspector to perform visual inspection. Mechanical dimension verification using calipers, micrometers, etc. for a variety of parts. Review of build paperwork and test data to assure compliance to specification requirements. High School Degree or GED. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. 

Maintenance Assistant

Individual needed to clean floors, cabinets and equipment.  General lab maintenance (painting, sheetrock repair, etc.).  Change filters and maintain equipment.  Prioritize work orders, handle urgent requests and complete any and all assigned maintenance work.  High School Diploma or GED.  Good communication skills.  Must possess a high level of accuracy, neatness and cleanliness.  Ability to perform duties that may include bending, squatting, stretching, lifting and climbing ladders.

Order Entry Clerk

Immediate opening for an Order Entry Clerk to perform basic clerical duties.  Copying, scanning documents and filing.  Distribute orders.  Email order confirmations to customers.  Fill in for receptionist.  High School Degree/GED.  Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  Must be able to multi-task and problem solve.


Seeking individual for semiconductor pressure sensor fabrication using IC and MEMS manufacturing processes and techniques.  Semiconductor process control, maintenance, optimization and development:  photolithography and mask design, thin film deposition, thin film and bulk wet etching, RIE and DRIE, Doping, diffusion, ion implementation. MS or BS in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related discipline.  Photolithography mask design using Cad preferred.    Experience in semiconductor IC or MEMS device manufacturing or development and design in industrial, corporate research, or university semiconductor fabrication facility setting is preferred.

Quality Compliance Engineer

Seeking individual to perform in depth review of design, performance and procurement specifications.  Develop compliance matrices, interface with customer counterparts to resolve specification issues.  Performance of first article inspections utilizing AS9102 and customer standards.  Degree in engineering related discipline or commensurate experience.  Proficiency in MS Office and inspection tooling.  Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Quality Engineer

Individual needed for contract reviews, review of customer requirements and specifications for compliance.  Internal auditing, root cause analysis and corrective actions.  Coordinating source inspections.  General correspondence with customers for their products, stock purges and special projects. Degree in engineering related discipline.  1 – 5 years’ experience.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) preferred. 

Receiving/Incoming Inspector

Immediate opening for a Quality Inspector for mechanical verification of components and material certification data.  Review of supplier data for compliance, inspecting product in accordance with Kulite procedures, including performance of dimensional verifications using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, depth mike, pin, ring and height gauges) and to complete first articles on piece parts.  Familiarity with optical comparator and inspection tooling.  CMM Operation a plus.  Candidate must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and have a high school diploma or GED  1 – 3 years’ experience required.

Receiving Inspection Supervisor

Immediate opening for a Receiving Inspection Supervisor to assure compliance to company and customer’s quality requirements.  Initiate written work instructions and distribute work to employees.  Resolve product associated issues including root cause and corrective action and performance of First Article Inspections to Kulite, ISO/AS and industry standards.  Train employees, monitor performance and accuracy of inspection personnel.  High School Diploma/College or 1-3 years’ experience preferred.  Proficiency in reading blueprints, mechanical layout inspection (using manual equipment and optical comparator) is a must.  CMM experience a plus.  Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Scheduling Coordinator

Immediate opening for a Scheduling Coordinator to provide support between sales and production to ensure proper work flow.  Interact with Managers, Supervisors and production teams.  Handle any issues or missing data for work orders.  Basic Clerical duties; copying, scanning documents and filing.  Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  Strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent computer skills and clerical proficiency.  Ability to multi-task in stressful situations.  HSG/Associates Degree a plus.


Seeking individual(s) to perform all steps of testing / compensation / final assembly of pressure transducers. Test, buff and use of electronic equipment. Transport nitrogen tanks that may weigh up to 150 lbs. Candidate must demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  Associates Degree in science or technical related areas preferred.

Welding Operator

Individuals needed to perform perform electron beam welding on pressure transducer parts at various stages of production using complex computerized machinery. Check equipment calibration through performance of daily samples. Inspection of welds. Perform a small amount of machine maintenance and operate safety equipment. High School Degree or GED. Technical School Degree a plus. Familiarity with microscope and computerized equipment a plus.

Wire Bonder

Immediate opening for a Wire Bonder to perform precision production and inspection of delicate electronic components under a microscope.  Run automated wire bonder, manual wire bonding, back up split tip welder operator and back up parallel bonder for strain gages.  Good dexterity is needed along with the ability to work with a microscope and tweezers. Effectively read, write and speak English along with good communication skills.  Basic computer skills and High School Diploma or GED. Will train.
