JOB OPPORTUNITIES:

Quality Compliance Engineer

Seeking individual to perform in depth review of design, performance and procurement specifications.  Develop compliance matrices, interface with customer counterparts to resolve specification issues.  Performance of first article inspections utilizing AS9102 and customer standards.  Degree in engineering related discipline or commensurate experience.  Proficiency in MS Office and inspection tooling.  Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

CMM Operator (Coordinate Measurement Machine)

Immediate opening for a CMM Operator to program CMM for mechanical layout inspections.  Run existing CMM programs.  Perform inspections using measurement tools (i.e.; calipers, gages, optical comparator, etc.)  High School Grad/GED and CMM programming experience required – technical school graduate a plus.  Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  1 – 3 years’ experience with programming and using CMM.

Software Developer

Individual needed to create testing scrips that would be used in the manufacturing departments using proprietary software.  Develop new applications using programming languages such as C, C++ and VB.  Must have a good understanding of C, C++ and VB, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Solderer/Assembler

Immediate openings for Solderer/Assemblers to perform precision assembly of delicate electronic components under a microscope.  Use of epoxies, shrink tubing, heat guns and measuring tools.  Inspect, position and assemble parts according to special instructions.  Record job completion on traveler sheet for each process of assembly.  Send assembled products to test or to quality assurance inspection.  Keep assembly department clean and free of foreign objects.  Keep inventory of supplies.  Keep production supervisor advised of work status, workload, issues and progress as related to work assignments.  Perform all other duties as assigned.  High School Degree or GED.  Good dexterity is required as well as attention to detail.  Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Production Coordinator

Immediate opening for a Production Coordinator to work with production on a daily basis to satisfy customer orders.  Expedite lab process to fulfill order requirements in a timely manner.  Keep track of all products that are in process, notifying production or managers of any problems or issues.  High School Diploma/GED.  Candidate must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  Strong organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Maintenance Assistant

Immediate opening for a Maintenance Assistant to assist with all types of maintenance duties.  Job includes but not limited to driving, light lifting and light janitorial duties.  Spackling and painting. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.  Good communication skills are required. No experience necessary.  High School Diploma or GED.

ORCAD Design Engineer

Immediate opening for a Design Engineer to design printed circuit boards using OrCad and make final drawings of boards, schematics, assemblies, wiring diagrams and bills of materials using AutoCAD.  Responsible for designing hybrid microcircuits and other metalized ceramic parts and be familiar with IPC-H-855 or equivalent design rules.  Will make electro mechanical drawings of machined parts, braze assemblies, assembly drawings and bills of material using AutoCAD.  Process drawing changes and insuring all work is ISO9001/ASO9100 compliant.  MS or BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.  Skills MUST include Orcad/Autocad/Solid Edge.  2 years of related experience.

PROCESS ENGINEER

Seeking individual for semiconductor pressure sensor fabrication using IC and MEMS manufacturing processes and techniques.  Semiconductor process control, maintenance, optimization and development:  photolithography and mask design, thin film deposition, thin film and bulk wet etching, RIE and DRIE, Doping, diffusion, ion implementation. MS or BS in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related discipline.  Photolithography mask design using Cad preferred.    Experience in semiconductor IC or MEMS device manufacturing or development and design in industrial, corporate research, or university semiconductor fabrication facility setting is preferred.

Quality Engineer

Individual needed for contract reviews, review of customer requirements and specifications for compliance.  Internal auditing, root cause analysis and corrective actions.  Coordinating source inspections.  General correspondence with customers for their products, stock purges and special projects. Degree in engineering related discipline.  1 – 5 years’ experience.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) preferred. 

Welding Operator

Individuals needed to perform perform electron beam welding on pressure transducer parts at various stages of production using complex computerized machinery. Check equipment calibration through performance of daily samples. Inspection of welds. Perform a small amount of machine maintenance and operate safety equipment. High School Degree or GED. Technical School Degree a plus. Familiarity with microscope and computerized equipment a plus.

Technician

Seeking individual(s) to perform all steps of testing / compensation / final assembly of pressure transducers. Test, buff and use of electronic equipment. Transport nitrogen tanks that may weigh up to 150 lbs. Candidate must demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.  Associates Degree in science or technical related areas preferred.

Final Inspector

Immediate opening for a Final Inspector to perform visual inspection. Mechanical dimension verification using calipers, micrometers, etc. for a variety of parts. Review of build paperwork and test data to assure compliance to specification requirements. High School Degree or GED. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. 

Receiving/Incoming Inspector

Immediate opening for a Quality Inspector for mechanical verification of components and material certification data.  Review of supplier data for compliance, inspecting product in accordance with Kulite procedures, including performance of dimensional verifications using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, depth mike, pin, ring and height gauges) and to complete first articles on piece parts.  Familiarity with optical comparator and inspection tooling.  CMM Operation a plus.  Candidate must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and have a high school diploma or GED  1 – 3 years’ experience required.

Semiconductor Processing Equipment Specialist

Immediate opening for a Semiconductor Processing Equipment Specialist.  Responsibilities and job duties include high temperature semiconductor furnace processing, vacuum processing, thin film deposition, photolithography aligners, reactive ion etching (RIE and DRIE), custom vacuum euipment, semiconductor processing equipment upgrade/overhaul.  Hands on expertise required in electrical troubleshooting, stainless steel orbital welding, maintenance and repair of vacuum and ultrapure gas systems.  2+ years’ semiconductor IC or MEMS device manufacturing in industrial or corporate research semiconductor fabrication facility setting.  Commercial semiconductor equipment upgrade/overhaul preferred.  BS in Engineering related discipline or Senior technician.
